"C'est la Vie Las Vegas" is managed by the non-profit organization"No Tan Lines Republik" with the aim of promoting freedom, naturism, natural wellness and body acceptance. Naturism is when human don't want to be ashamed of being human. Nudism, a component of naturism philosophy celebrates diversity in all shapes and sizes. C'est la vie Las Vegas is a unique 21+ location with pool, jacuzzi, spacious backyard, trees and landscaping allowing members to enjoy nudity throughout the premises. Be nude in a free zone with three suites where you ll relax, unwind surrounded by peaceful vibes.
Enjoying one of our three suites with separate entry, private kitchenette, bathroom, and direct access to the green backyard, slipping nude in the pool in a quiet morning, practicing yoga or relaxation in your birthday suit, fostering social connections without barriers or judgment—this is the way of life at C'est la Vie Las Vegas. we do BNB because naturism is not just for an hour or a few hours, but for as long as you choose to dedicate to your well-being.

Clothing is optional that means you can wear or not wear clothes, of course nothing is required. Some members enjoy the clothing optional option only in the cozy spa area (recommended for men to go in the jacuzzi, no large short) Some others enjoy to be naked everywhere in the estate. The pool spa and pool deck are shared with all members of our 3 suites. So you can meet people in birthday suit in the back yard or at the pool, you must be comfortable with that.
The suite can host 2 people maximum, adults only... same for the jacuzzi, it is just for members. Because we are a clothing optional tiny resort, and we take care of the tranquility of our members, we do not accept day pass. We are not a club..all visitors must be registered with a valid Id before entering the property.
Our members are totally free to enjoy the jacuzzi any time between 7am and 10 pm. Quiet hours: 10pm-7AM
The check in time is by 3pm, check out, 11am. If you need an early check in, please, ask it at the booking.
No photos allowed in the common areas. No loud music, Posting pictures in the social medias is prohibited.
You will be able to smoke outside enjoying the fire pit area with chairs, armchairs, Adirondack and even a hammock. Everything is organized for freedom and privacy.
We provide parking spot front our home for 1 car only. if you travel with 2 cars, the second will have to be parked on a close public commercial plaza
we ABSOLUTELY need your written "OK with the clothing optional management and rules " to become a member of our community.

. Uber drive or eat are not allowed to enter in the property, They have to stay outside the house.

. turn off the AC before leaving the room*
*Regarding the AC: the full house is equipped with a central AC. We adjust the temperature at 72°(day) and 70° (night). For your comfort, we add a personal mini split in each room in case you need it. Please, let s take care of the planet together… and leave the doors and the windows closed when operating.
Spa Rules
. Check the notice for opening the Jacuzzi, and close it when leaving
. Respect the quiet hours (10pm 7am)
. no smoking, no alcohol and no sex on the jacuzzi
. the jacuzzi is clothing optional only
. use your towels for lying on the chairs
