Clothing is optional that means you can wear or not wear clothes, of course nothing is required. Some guests enjoy the clothing optional option only in the cozy spa area (recommended for men to go in the jacuzzi, no large short) Some other guests enjoy to be naked everywhere in the estate.  The pool spa and pool deck are shared with all guests of our 3 suites. So you can meet people in birthday suit in the back yard or at the pool, you and you guest must be comfortable with that.

The suite can host 2 people maximum, adults only, not a large group for party... same for the jacuzzi, it is just for residents. Because we are a clothing optional tiny resort, and we take care of the tranquility of our guests, we do not accept day pass. We are not a club... we are a BnB....all visitors must be registered with a valid Id before entering the property. (Absolutely no Uber or cab drivers, or delivery guy into the property)

Our guests are totally free to enjoy the jacuzzi any time between 7am and 10 pm. Quiet hours: 10pm-7AM

No photos allowed in the commun areas. Posting pictures in the social medias is prohibited.

You will be able to smoke outside enjoying the fire pit area with chairs, armchairs, Adirondack and even a hammock. Everything is organized for freedom and guest privacy respect.

We provide parking spot front our home for 1 car only. if you travel with 2 cars, the second will have to be parked on a close public commercial plaza

we ABSOLUTELY need your written "OK with the clothing optional management and rules " to accept the booking

. Uber drive or eat are not allowed to enter in the property

. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7am

. no open flames or candles

. turn off the AC before leaving the room*

*Regarding the AC: the full house is equipped with a central AC. We adjust the temperature at 72°(day) and 70° (night). For your comfort, we add a personal mini split in each room in case you need it. Please, let s take care of the planet together… and leave the doors and the windows closed when operating.
